Data processing methods
Like all websites, this site also uses log files in which information collected automatically during users' visits is stored. The information collected may include the following:
- internet protocol (IP) address;
- type of browser and parameters of the device used to connect to the site;
- name of the internet service provider (ISP);
- date and time of visit;
- web page of origin of the visitor (referral) and exit;
- possibly the number of clicks.
The aforementioned information is processed automatically and collected exclusively in aggregate form in order to verify the correct functioning of the site, and for security reasons. Such information will be processed based on the legitimate interests of the data controller.
For security purposes (antispam filters, firewall, virus detection), the data automatically recorded may also include personal data such as the IP address, which could be used, in accordance with current laws, in order to block attempts to damage the site itself or to harm other users, or in any case harmful activities or activities constituting a crime. Such data is never used for user identification or profiling, but only for the protection of the site and its users; this information will be processed based on the legitimate interests of the owner.
If the site allows the posting of comments, or in the case of specific services requested by the user, including the possibility to send a Curriculum Vitae for a potential employment relationship, the site automatically detects and records certain identifying data of the user, including the email address. Such data is understood to be voluntarily provided by the user at the time of the service request. By posting a comment or other information, the user expressly accepts the privacy policy, and in particular consents to the contents being freely shared with third parties as well. The data received will be used exclusively for the provision of the requested service and only for the time necessary to provide the service.
The information that users of the site choose to make public through the services and tools made available to them is provided by the user knowingly and voluntarily, exempting this site from any responsibility regarding possible violations of the law. It is up to the user to verify that they have permission to enter personal data of third parties or content protected by national and international regulations.
Purpose of data processing
The data collected by the site during its operation is used exclusively for the purposes indicated above and is kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities, and in any case no longer than 5 years.
The data used for security purposes (blocking attempts to damage the site) are kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the aforementioned purpose.
Data provided by the user
As indicated above, the optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
Summary information specifications will be progressively provided or displayed on the website pages prepared for specific services upon request.
User rights
Art. 13, para. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 lists the user's rights.
The website www.justmo.org therefore intends to inform the user about the existence of the user's rights, based on the following articles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679:
a) Pursuant to Art. 15, the data subject has the right to request access to personal data from the controller, pursuant to Art. 16 the possibility to rectify the data provided, pursuant to Art. 18 the possibility to supplement or restrict the processing concerning them, or to object, for legitimate reasons, to their processing pursuant to Art. 21, in addition to the right to data portability pursuant to Art. 20 of the Regulation (EU);
b) of the right to request erasure pursuant to art.17, anonymization or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.
c) the right to obtain confirmation that the operations of updating, rectification, integration of data, deletion, blocking of data, transformation have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disclosed, except in cases where this proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
Requests may be addressed to the data controller, without formalities or, alternatively, by using the form provided by the Data Protection Authority, or by sending an email to info@justmo.org
If the processing is based on Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) – express consent to use – or on Art. 9, paragraph 2, letter a) – express consent to the use of genetic, biometric, or health data, revealing religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, revealing racial or ethnic origin, or political opinions – the user has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal.
Similarly, in case of violation of the regulations, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, which is the authority responsible for monitoring processing in the Italian State.

Security of provided data
This site processes user data lawfully and correctly, adopting appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of data. The processing is carried out using computer and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated.
In addition to the owner, in some cases, categories of persons involved in the organization of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal staff, system administrators) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) may have access to the data.
